Soemadipradja & Taher contributes to CDR Essential Intelligence: Belt & Road Initiative 2027

Soemadipradja & Taher (S&T) recently contributed the Indonesia chapter to CDR Essential Intelligence: Belt & Road Initiative 2027, published by Commercial Dispute Resolution.

This jurisdiction chapter was co-authored by Partner Nira Nazarudin, Senior Associate Adirama Tri Satrio Wirawan, and Associate Jonathan Abram Dewanto.

The Indonesia chapter provides an overview of the legal, regulatory, and dispute resolution landscape governing major infrastructure and energy transactions linked to China's Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) in Indonesia.
